Vita Nova Theatre Company delivers workshops to schools, youth centres, colleges, treatment centres, professionals and conferences.

 

Vita Nova Theatre Company has been providing quality educational drama for over 10 years. Our track record for devising and delivering drama presentations and workshops is second to none – testimonials are available on request.

 

Currently Vita Nova Theatre Company offers:

 

For Key Stages 3 and 4

Intoxicated

A hard hitting mixture of autobiographies and written pieces from people in recovery from addiction.

 

For Key Stages 2, 3 and 4

Tailor Made Workshops – Vita Nova will devise and deliver workshops around the themes of your choice. We have delivered workshops themed around antisocial behaviour, bullying, binge drinking, domestic violence and gang culture.

 

School talks - Vita Nova is also able to offer school talks from people recovering from problem drugs/alcohol use.

Vita Nova meet Key Stage 2 and 3 Drugs Education requirements and Government targets highlighted in their latest Drug Strategy 2008 document: Drugs; Protecting Families and Communities:

  • Preventing harm to children, young people and families affected by drug misuse.
  • Public information campaigns, communications and community engagement.

Vita Nova Latest News:

Three Peaks Challenge Success!!!

 

Last weekend (3/4/5 September) the Vita Nova Rovers travelled to Scotland and tackled Ben Nevis (4,406 ft), then to the Lake District where they ascended the 3,205 ft of Scafell Pike and on to Wales to conquer Snowdon (3,560 ft) before returning home late Sunday night/early Monday morning. - YES Britain's three highest mountains all done in 24 hours and 6 minutes - Over 10,000 feet and 25 miles - and 1,440ish miles of driving.
